  1. Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns: We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with the original tag attached. A valid receipt is required to process the return. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
    • Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 10 days, subject to availability in our inventory. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm inventory and initiate the exchange process.
    • Custom Orders: Custom-made and personalized pieces are non-refundable. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we cannot offer exchanges or returns once the order has been confirmed and processed.
    • Correctly Shipped Merchandise: We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been correctly shipped according to the original order specifications. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase to ensure all details are correct.
  2. Shipping & Handling

    • We offer reliable shipping options to deliver your jewelry safely and promptly. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping.
    • We also offer In-Store Pickup. You can choose this option at checkout and pick up your order at our store during business hours.
    • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.
    • Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
